About the Job

Duties and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development
- Edit and provide extensive feedback to curriculum under development
- Plan new curriculum in conjunction with SEPA curriculum development team
- Build appropriate brain-based curriculum from the ground up including learning objectives and science standards
- Incorporate hands-on, lab based approach to lesson plan activities
- Emphasize critical thinking through content, research, and analysis in interactive activities
- Help develop evaluation tools and assessments

Administrative
- Attend scheduled meetings to discuss the progress of the curriculum design.
- Add all drafts and final curricula to the curriculum folder at least three business days before the meeting for PI review.
- Share pictures, bio, and other information about who made the content so that those individuals can receive credit.
- Outline manuscripts for publication

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with related experience, able to work 10 hours per week

This position is located in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.25 - $27.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
