What to Expect The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform hands-on tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
