Description of Duties:

Provide strategic leadership and hands-on ownership of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory-grade governance. This role drives CRM enablement across the company through strong platform administration, data modeling, banking/trust integrations, and user adoption aligned with First Financial Bank's relationship-banking strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Own day-to-day administration and long-term health of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including security models, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, objects, fields, record types, and Lightning experiences.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automation with disciplined testing and release management.
  • Serve as the escalation point for Salesforce production issues, leading root-cause analysis and remediation.
  • Own and govern the Financial Services Cloud industry data model, including person accounts, households, relationships, and financial accounts.
  • Define and enforce data standards, metadata documentation, and data quality controls supporting reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with integration engineers and vendors to design and operationalize integrations between Salesforce and core and enterprise systems, with preference for Jack Henry SilverLake and SEI Trust ecosystems.
  • Translate business and banking requirements into integration-ready specifications, including data mappings, error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring expectations.
  • Support batch and near-real-time integration patterns, including extract and change-data-capture approaches.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting that leadership can trust.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous workflow improvements.
  • Operate a disciplined intake, prioritization, and release management process for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and controls supporting audit readiness and regulatory expectations.
  • Enforce least privilege access and security-by-design principles consistent with financial institution standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Management, or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required or obtained within defined timeframe.
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud certifications preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum five years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a production environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or complex financial services CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data modeling and system integrations.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.

Demonstrated ability to provide reliable platform services to professional staff; ability to work effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and vendors; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence change through clear communication and sound decision-making; ability to manage priorities effectively in a regulated environment.
