THE ROLE

The Enterprise AI Partner Senior Specialist role is an opportunity to transition from an Account Strategist or Product Specialist role into becoming a lead partner manager and a bridge between internal and external partners. The Enterprise AI Partner Senior Specialist role is a blend of business execution excellence combined with a technical focus on AI software, working alongside semiconductor engineers and learning AMD products. This role owns ideating, driving and developing content, and building the business plan and strategy. This individual contributor, business role is an opportunity to gain excellent visibility both internally and externally. Based in Santa Clara CA.

THE PERSON

You have successful cross functional experience collaborating with many internal and external teams and partners to bring new joint business plans, solutions and marketing initiatives into existence, then tracking performance and expanding measurable business outcomes. You excel at executive-level communications and influence and enjoy building new relationships across and between enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage relationships at all levels including executives with partner stakeholders across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships with enterprise AI and software vendors that align with company platform and ecosystem priorities.
  • Ideate, drive and develop content, build the business plan and strategy, and execute joint business plans including co-sell motions, solution integrations, and joint marketing initiatives with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to support partner integrations and successful go-to-market launches.
  • Track partnership performance, drive adoption of joint solutions, and identify opportunities to expand partner impact and revenue contribution.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing internal and external stakeholders to drive joint initiatives with peers, partners and executives.
  • Experience ideating, driving and developing content, building the business plan and strategy, and executing joint business plans to build and scale strategic partnerships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and executive level communication skills.
  • Industry experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles - within enterprise technology, AI, semiconductor, or cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise AI ecosystem, including model providers, AI infrastructure, and application platforms.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor and hardware ecosystem, including how software partners leverage compute platforms and accelerators.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's in a technical field preferred, MBA a plus
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
