Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for operational excellence and building robust systems from the ground up? We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in establishing the foundational infrastructure for an exciting new product category within a globally renowned consumer goods company. **Responsibilities & Impact:**

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in launching and scaling a new venture, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of high performance. You will:

* Lead the establishment of essential operational infrastructure and ways of working for a new product category.

* Develop and implement clear processes and communication forums that effectively translate strategic goals into tangible results.

* Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and uphold high standards of excellence.

* Drive clarity within complex organizational structures, facilitating effective decision-making and progress.

* Champion best practices, continuous learning, and process improvement initiatives.

* Influence and persuade stakeholders on critical decisions and deliverables to achieve superior outcomes.

* Model professional maturity, energy, and a commitment to shared standards of excellence, contributing to a positive team culture.

* Manage project timelines and workflows, ensuring efficient, precise, and timely delivery of initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 7+ years of extensive experience in a project management position, ideally with a focus on non-IT projects.

* Proven ability to operate at multiple strategic altitudes - from high-level conceptual thinking to meticulous detail-oriented execution.

* A strong systems thinker with a track record of implementing operational excellence.

* Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

* Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to coordinate successful communications across diverse teams and personalities.

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Highly detail-oriented with a passion for precision.

* Self-starter who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.

* Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity.

* Strong facilitation skills, including data gathering, active listening, and negotiating forward progress.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Prior experience with go-to-market processes within a large consumer goods or athletic apparel company.

* Familiarity with collaborative project management tools.

* PMP certification.

* Experience in executive stakeholder management.

* A degree is preferred.
