Job Title: Systems Administrator II
Job Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Description Role will focus on at mid-tier position of implementing, administering, and optimizing IAM/PAM solutions, managing user access, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations, and providing technical support.

• Configuring and management of IAM tools
• Developing documentation
• Monitoring IAM logs
• Supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to refine access policies

This role will involve analyzing security requirements, developing reports, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and contributing to the broader IAM strategy.

• Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of PAM solutions (Keeper, Secret Server)
• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure AD, PAM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• Required Years of Experience: 3-5 Years' experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles
