As the Pharmacy District Manager, you will:

  • Oversee pharmacy operations across assigned locations to achieve sales, profit, and expense goals while prioritizing community health outcomes
  • Build strong relationships within the communities you serve, ensuring each pharmacy is a trusted and valued healthcare resource
  • Partner with Pharmacy Managers and Store Leaders to align on initiatives that enhance both business performance and local impact
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies that support long-term, sustainable success
  • Foster a culture where employee-owners feel empowered, accountable, and invested in the success of their pharmacies
  • Lead, coach, and develop Pharmacy Managers and teams, helping them grow professionally and personally
  • Encourage collaboration, ownership thinking, and pride in delivering outstanding results
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members who share our values and commitment to community
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee prescription dispensing to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality care
  • Provide guidance on claims processing, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
  • Promote a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, and ethical practice
  • Ensure every patient and guest receives friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service
  • Model and reinforce a patient-first approach rooted in compassion and respect
  • Provide coaching and feedback to elevate service standards across all locations
  • Address and resolve concerns quickly, strengthening trust and loyalty within the community
  • Support strategic initiatives that expand pharmacy services and accessibility within local communities
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance team effectiveness, and grow profitability
  • Contribute to expansion efforts such as new services, partnerships, and community outreach
  • Help develop tools, training, and processes that empower teams and improve outcomes

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Pharmacy B.S. and/or PharmD degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Must understand Medicare, Medicaid and commercial billing and related compliance requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of State and Federal laws and statutes.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Pharmacy Management experience - multi-store management experience is preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills and business acumen.

Pay Range

USD $121,000.00 - USD $202,000.00 /Yr.
