Description The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides day to day quality, regulatory, and compliance oversight of behavioral health clinical case review activities across all lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. This role ensures that behavioral health utilization management (UM) and care management reviews are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, including mental health parity standards. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
