What You'll Do

• Prospect 70% of the time in the field; manage accounts 30% of the time in-office.
• Develop relationships with HR managers, warehouse supervisors, and office leaders.
• Use LinkedIn, social selling, and local market outreach to generate new leads.
• Conduct discovery to understand workforce challenges including attendance, turnover, and productivity.
• Deliver consultative account management with a focus on service excellence and retention.
• Secure net new logos and grow share within your local market.

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, motivated sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
• Track record of hitting KPIs and signing new clients using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
• Strong business acumen-ability to speak to workforce trends affecting clerical and light industrial roles.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and outside sales experience required.
