Job Description

The Digital Client Manager for Low Voltage Drives (LVD) defines and drives the digital vision that connects Rockwell Automation's drive products to the broader software ecosystem. You will lead the digital client team, promote the portfolio-wide digital shift, and ensure a cohesive, scalable, and high-quality user experience across all supported client applications. You combine deep industry and technical expertise with strong cross-functional leadership, creativity, and experience improving customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital client team for Low Voltage Drives, setting priorities, direction, and execution standards.
  • Guide the strategy for device integration into Rockwell Automation's software ecosystems.
  • Guide development of a unified, portfolio-wide data model to support digital experiences.
  • Coordinate implementation of a scalable data model across all supported client user interfaces.
  • Oversee UX-related activities, collaborating with UX teams and cross-BU partners.
  • Gather, interpret, and prioritize user feedback on client experience; translate insights into the development backlog.
  • Champion digital transformation efforts across the Low Voltage Drives and Intelligent Devices portfolios.
  • Foster cross-business collaboration to ensure agreement, adoption, and delivery.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the software or industrial automation industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or similar industrial devices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or digital-focused teams.
  • Experience navigating complex technical and organizational challenges.
  • Direct experience working with users and customers to gather feedback and translate it into product direction.
  • Background in customer-facing roles such as applications engineering, product management, technical support, or UX research.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with scalable data architectures or device-level data modeling.
