Essential Functions

* Manage all test tank operators assigned to the test facility ensuring proper staffing levels and scheduling to effectively handle maintenance shop throughout.

* Communicate daily with maintenance and operations management to maintain an equipment testing schedule.

* Mentor and provide necessary training for all test tank personnel. Regularly evaluate competency levels of personnel and determine areas for further development.

* Review test stand data/documentation and periodically audit passed/readied equipment to ensure conformity with to Company testing standards.

* Collaborate with maintenance department and reliability team to identify and resolve common findings recognized through the equipment testing process. Support changes to maintenance shop workflow and testing procedures that create better efficiencies and better equipment readiness.

* Prepare test stand and perform custom tests for new equipment, trials, and demonstrations as directed by engineering.

* Maintain the test facility and all associated equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and reliability.

* Perform periodic field visits to receive feedback from field personnel regarding the quality of equipment deployed to the field, and to stay current with equipment and job design requirements that may require alterations to testing procedures.

* Perform all other job duties assigned.

* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to learn Company business systems that are specific to job function.

* Basic understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

* Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of team.

* Ability to operate forklifts, manlifts, and CMV's.

Language Comprehension

The ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive, and respond to both safety and operations related directions in English

Minimum Education

High School diploma or G.E.D. - Required

Licenses

Valid Driver's License - Required
