The Senior Specialist, Giving Back develops and implements team member engagement and experience programs. Analyzes team member feedback and identifies opportunities for improving workplace culture. Ensures alignment of team member experience initiatives with organizational goals. Oversees one or more key areas of Giving Back (for example, Southwire CARES Project GIFT or POWER Fund, 12 for Life, etc.). Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree 5 years related experience Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree 8 years related experience Spans of Control
