Starting Pay: $20.50-$23.50/hr
Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Shifts: Flexible, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting youth and families with in-home services, school advocacy, and academic support
* Providing parent training to strengthen family dynamics
* Collaborating with schools, social agencies, and community partners
* Traveling to homes and schools to provide hands-on support
* Ensuring safety, documentation, and model fidelity in every interaction

Who We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Services (or HS diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience in the Boys Town Model)
* 1+ year working with children and families
* Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record and able to pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration check
* Have reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
* Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of the job required.
* Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

* Ability to manage stressful situations and provide crisis response
* Comfortable working in varied home and community environments
* Physically and emotionally capable of performing duties in diverse settings

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and maybe required to visit homes with substandard living conditions
