Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator by delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process. This role is a critical part of the hiring team and serves as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and administrative coordination across multiple roles, locations, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling across multiple time zones and locations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and clear communication throughout the interview process
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by organizing, coordinating, tracking, and documenting interviews
  • Maintain and update key tracking tools and business documents related to interview scheduling and candidate status
  • Update and manage candidate records and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support hiring activities
  • Participate in and document client, stakeholder, and internal recruiting meetings as needed
  • Schedule internal meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  • Support monthly expense reporting and other administrative tasks
  • Perform additional recruitment coordination and administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to document and organize information accurately
  • Role will require to be on site 2-3 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related administrative support role
  • Experience supporting high volume or multi location hiring
  • Familiarity with interview coordination across different time zones
