About Lakewood Regional Support

Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:

Energetic, guest-focused individuals who take pride in keeping recreational areas pristine and ensuring that guests feel relaxed, cared for, and welcomed.

Who You Are:

  • Warm and approachable, with a naturally friendly presence

  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with a strong sense of personal responsibility

  • Organized and proactive-always looking to elevate the guest experience

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Will Do:

  • Welcome guests at the pool and share information about amenities and services

  • Set up, refresh, and break down cabanas and poolside lounges

  • Provide towels, assist with seating, and maintain a clean, inviting pool deck

  • Deliver pampering touches and support poolside activities aligned with Loews standards

  • Clean and reposition furniture, collect used towels, and remove trash throughout the day

  • Support poolside retail operations, including sales and inventory

  • Monitor and manage towel inventory

  • Report maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly

  • Promote recreation offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Follow safety procedures and assist during emergencies

  • Attend required departmental meetings and complete ongoing training

  • Lead or assist with scheduled kids' activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment

  • Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs

Your Qualifications Includes:

  • Excellent guest service skills.

  • Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
