As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to guarantee standards are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.

• Assist in the supervision of team members, and establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships.

• Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies.

• Assist in the development of goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish necessary tasks productively.

• Demonstrate knowledge of a service-oriented culture.

• Perform both server and bartender positions as needed.

• Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors and set a positive example for guest relations.

• Demonstrate proactive approaches when dealing with guests.

• Other tasks assigned by management.

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

• Three years of experience in food and beverage, with three years of assistant management experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependability and regular attendance.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
