Job Title: Assembly, Integration & Test Technician
Location: Littleton, CO
Employment Type: contract to direct
Industry: Defense and Space Manufacturing
Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 /hr.
Schedule: 40 hrs/Week.

  • Assemble spacecraft hardware, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Perform soldering, PCB assembly, and inspection.
  • Build wiring harnesses and connectors.
  • Conduct testing of components and assemblies.

What You'll Do:
  • Follow step-by-step guidelines to build assemblies accurately and consistently.
  • Document build processes and maintain records during assembly.
  • Operate tools such as torque wrenches according to specifications.
  • Support Propulsion Module and spacecraft-level testing activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in soldering, crimping, and harness building.
  • 2 years of experience in electronics testing.
  • 2 years of experience in board repair.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic process knowledge.
  • Be able to obtain IPC certifications for wire harnessing and soldering assemblies.
  • Ability to read and follow drawings and written directions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Experience with Visio, Excel, and CAD Drawing software.
  • Experience with Fabrication and Test.
  • Experience with non-conformance resolution.
  • NASA Certifications for soldering, crimping & harnesses.
  • Experience with harness fabrication.
  • Experience with vacuum chambers.
  • Good time-management skills.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

  • Able to climb a 13' ladder.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
