What You'll Do:

• Prepare and process wafer samples, including cleaving, coating, mounting, and assembly
• Execute and adjust process recipes on specialized semiconductor equipment
• Perform inspections using metrology tools such as SEM and ellipsometers
• Collect, analyze, and document process data to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and support lab operations

• 1+ years of lab, microscopy, or sample preparation experience
• 1+ years of experience working in a semiconductor, materials science, or related technical environment
• 1+ years of experience following detailed procedures and documenting results

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment with PPE
• Familiarity with SEM imaging or thin film measurement tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on a shift schedule
• Strong communication skills and comfort using web-based tools for tracking and reporting
