Job Description: Perkins Coie is searching for a Client Administrative Specialist who will primarily provide administrative and workflow support for client specific projects submitted by the client matter team. This position may become dedicated to a specific client(s) but is considered a member of the Business Services Center (BSC). In addition, as a member of the Perkins Coie professional support staff team, this position is also responsible for promoting and maintaining the goodwill and reputation of the firm. In this capacity, the Client Administrative Specialist is expected to maintain the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.
