We are excited to launch MWH's Inaugural Transition to Practice Program (New Grad Nurse Residency) for Late Summer 2026! Tufts Medicine Melrose Wakefield Hospital's Transition to Practice Program has been developed following the guidelines for Transition to Practice Programs outlined by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs. ANCC sets the global standard for programs supporting newly licensed nurses. This inaugural cohort will lead MWH to ANCC Accreditation by early 2028. This 1-year program includes:
