Job Description Grants Managers work at the intersection between program andoperationswhich allows the Foundation to have a more centralized, equity-focused, and collaborative approach to implementing grantmaking opportunities and other organizational priorities. The role is key to our organizational focus on operational excellence to cultivate continuous improvement, increase effectiveness, and promote an exceptional andequitablegrantee experience. To support our continued growth in this area, we are looking for a forward-thinking professional who is detail oriented, community-centric, and eager to think big about all the ways we can take our grantmaking strategy and processes to the next level to further our mission.The Grants Manager will work on a team charged with improving grantmaking systems and processes,leveragingdata and insight, and building a culture that values the importance of efficient, flexible, andequitablegrants management practices. Success in this position requires a person who leads with a cross-functional and collaborative mindset, a client-service orientation, and a drive toward continuous process improvements with a focus on change management. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
