In this leadership role, you'll shape the future of a highly secure, interoperable system that supports global defense operations. Position Overview As the Lead Solutions Architect, you will define and guide the overall architecture strategy for a secure collaboration platform. You'll work across engineering, security, and mission stakeholders to ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and aligned with evolving defense requirements. What You'll Do Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for a secure, enterprise collaboration platform Establish and drive the platform capability roadmap aligned to mission needs and emerging technologies Ensure interoperability across systems, partners, and coalition environments Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout design and implementation Champion modern security principles, including zero trust architectures, across the platform What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in systems or solutions architecture Proven experience working with defense or national security systems Expertise in designing and implementing zero trust-based security architectures Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance Nice to Have TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification Experience supporting DoD programs or environments Background in collaboration technologies and systems integration Compensation: $160,000+ At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.
