Infor is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations & Strategy to play a critical role at the center of the company's gotomarket (GTM) engine. This role is responsible for driving visibility into pipeline generation, funnel performance, and sales execution, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall GTM efficiency.

The Senior Analyst will partner closely with executive leadership and crossfunctional teams across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Data, and Rev Ops to diagnose performance gaps, uncover root causes, and support strategic decisionmaking. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset who thrives in ambiguity, brings structured problemsolving, and is passionate about turning data into compelling business recommendations.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Analyze and monitor endtoend funnel performance across pipeline creation, stage progression, and close, tracking pipeline coverage, conversion rates, velocity, stage leakage, and leading indicators of performance gaps.
  • Conduct deepdive analyses into underperformance across segments, geographies, and teams, diagnosing root causes using the Results, Effort, Knowledge, and Skills (REKS) framework.
  • Develop and maintain standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, executiveready insights and recommendations that drive action and measurable performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data Strategy and Revenue Operations teams to aggregate and harmonize data across CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM systems, and build scenario and forecast models assessing pipeline gaps, attainment risk, conversion improvement opportunities, and capacity assumptions.
  • Partner with reporting teams to create scalable, decisiongrade models and intuitive dashboards that elevate data storytelling, incorporate seller feedback, and continuously align insights with evolving GTM priorities.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and leadership to support GTM efficiency, segmentation, resource allocation, pipeline generation initiatives, and annual planning activities, including capacity models, pipeline targets, and coverage assumptions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in management consulting or Revenue Operations, Strategy, Sales Analytics, or similar analytically rigorous roles within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Experience translating data into actionable business insights and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excel expertise, including complex formulas, nested logic, pivot tables, Power Query, and scalable data modeling (nonnegotiable).
  • Experience aggregating, structuring, and analyzing large, complex datasets.
  • GTM fundamentals, including pipeline generation, funnel conversion, sales capacity, and productivity experience.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience using AIpowered analytical or productivity tools.
  • Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to executivelevel audiences.
  • Experience presenting and influencing crossfunctionally without authority.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) strongly preferred.
