**What you'll do:**

In this role, you will play a crucial part in orchestrating the operational backbone of a vibrant marketing department. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technological advancements and practical marketing applications, ensuring that processes are efficient, communications are clear, and projects are delivered seamlessly. Your contributions will directly support the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, enhancing the overall effectiveness and agility of the marketing team.

* **Drive AI Operations:** Partner with stakeholders to streamline review and approval processes for AI initiatives, support ongoing governance, and facilitate stakeholder submissions. You will gather and assess AI use cases, feedback, and explore additional platforms and capabilities across the marketing organization. You'll also support marketing-wide AI coordination, communications, education, and enablement efforts, and develop and execute change management activities to support the adoption of new AI processes and technologies.

* **Optimize Program Management:** Support the development and ongoing maintenance of project portfolio governance, including documenting processes, tools, standards, and templates. You will manage intake requests by reviewing submissions, validating completeness, and partnering with requestors to ensure required information is available for prioritization and decision-making. Additionally, you will support planning and reporting activities by preparing meeting materials, executive-level updates, and leadership-ready summaries, and assist with annual and quarterly portfolio planning by consolidating inputs and organizing materials for review.

* **Enhance Team Enablement:** Support the development and rollout of operational tools, templates, and process documentation to improve team enablement and ensure adherence to standards. You will also assist with monthly and quarterly team reporting, synthesizing accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and risks into clear, leadership-ready updates.

**What you'll bring:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related operational role.

* Experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes in a marketing or technology environment.

* Strong written communication skills with experience preparing leadership-ready materials.

* Comfort working across teams and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail; High flexibility when switching tasks across disparate areas of focus.

* Highly independent, ability to activate with incomplete information or limited context.

**Nice-to-haves:**

* Interest in AI technologies and capabilities; direct AI experience is a plus.
