* Coordinate campaign delivery, including platform storefront campaigns and off-platform initiatives, collaborating with creative, merchandising, and cross-organizational teams.

* Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve overall performance.

* Utilize data and analysis to craft concise leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities.

* Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work streams.

* Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for current marketing processes, structuring them for greater efficiency.

* Standardize and streamline processes for external agencies to ensure consistent and effective execution.

**Required Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g., Communication Studies).

* 5+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.

* Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategy.

* Proficiency with data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables using tools like Excel or Tableau.

* Demonstrated experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

* Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.

* Ability to present ideas effectively to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
