The Director, Clinical Delivery provides strategic and operational leadership for Optum Enterprise Imaging's clinical delivery services. This role is accountable for defining and executing enterprise clinical service strategies that ensure measurable clinical value, high quality solution adoption, and optimized productivity for customers. The Director leads a team of service managers, clinical program leads and implementation consultants responsible for customer needs analysis, workflow design and configuration, clinical training and ongoing adoption support. This role also establishes and operates a Clinical Service Center of Excellence, ensuring the organization remains centered on customer clinical needs, patient care outcomes, and continuous improvement. In addition, the role owns a clinical services P&L, balancing growth, productivity, and exceptional customer experience. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
