Description

Responsibilities:



  • Assist accounting team to prepare journal entries.
  • Assists accounting team to prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Write clearly and concisely while presenting information to management.
  • Ability to interact with all employee levels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


        Working Conditions:



        • Exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise


        Target Hourly Range: ($20 / Hour)

        Qualifications
        Experience
        Must secure appropriate
        Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Gaming License
        Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
        Ability to multitask
        (preferred)
        Enrolled at a college seeking an accounting major
        Part time position
        Flexible hours
        Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
        Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning software tools such as Oracle
        Casino or Hospitality experience a plus
        Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
        Must comply with Casino Policies
        Must follow Safety Rules and Regulations
        Must adhere to Dress code and Appearance policies
        Practice good personal hygiene
