Job Description: Leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of 2-commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an HR Systems Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Systems and Analytics, the HR Systems Analyst coordinates and manages the Firm's human resource information systems to ensure end user productivity and efficiency. The HR Systems Analyst analyzes the business needs of the Human Resources function and provides recommendations for the use of technology in supporting those needs (from the suite of firm applications). Activities include responsibility in the following areas: human resource systems analysis and related activities, system configuration, administration, report development, process re-engineering, testing and training. This role serves as a liaison between the Firm Information Technology department and the end?user (HR) community. Key responsibilities include: Business Needs Support/Process Re-engineering
