Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

You've got the know-how to fix what's broken and the smarts to keep it from breaking in the first place. This Commercial Maintenance Technician gig is built for people who want respect, reliable work, and paychecks that feel right.

Your Skills

• GED or Equivalent two-year college or technical trade school; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• 2+ years of commercial experience including electricalplumbing,and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, writing, communication, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, and lift 50 pounds.
• A validdriver'slicense.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

The Day to Day

• Perform preventive maintenance work orders, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Conduct light electrical work, including emergency lights, exit signs, and lamp sweeps.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems.
• Repair and maintain interior and exterior building finishes, including painting, touch-ups, trim work, and tile repairs.
• Operate scissor or boom lifts and work from ladders to replace light bulbs and hang banners.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as removing trash, minor landscaping, and keeping the facility clean and well-kept.
• Complete and submit maintenance paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the property remains in optimal condition.
