Position Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key operational/financial indexes regularly
• Find root causes for discrepancies between actual performance and forecast
• Analyze issues, make reports/recommendations as requested by the team leader/head of department
• Investigate claim requests to determine if they are valid
• Communicate with vendors to recover on claims
• Gather and analyze claims-related documentation
• Support ad-hoc reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar.
• Expertise with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional groups.
• Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning, or financial planning systems is highly desired. (SAP, etc.).
• Should have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.
• Strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral skills.
• The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
