What You Bring to the Table 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience. Good communication skills. Strong hand-eye coordination. Ability to use hand tools and light machinery. Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Willingness to work in a team environment. What You'll Build Every Day Follow technical instructions, interpret drawings, and adhere to manufacturing procedures. Utilize tools and test equipment responsibly. Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace. Assist the department supervisor in meeting production goals. Support team members through shared knowledge and training.
