In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of both on-premises and cloud-based systems. If you enjoy variety in your day, collaborating with others, and working with modern technologies-this could be the perfect fit.

Location/Schedule:



  • Hybrid schedule with up to 3 days/week at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.
  • Local Northern IL/Southeast WI candidates only!


What You'll Do:

As our Network Analyst, you'll wear many hats and make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:



  • System Operations & Maintenance


    • Manage day-to-day operations of network systems, servers, and client/server applications
    • Perform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance for critical systems to maintain reliability
    • Monitor system performance, uptime, and redundancy


  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management


    • Support and maintain environments across on-premises and cloud platforms (including Microsoft 365 and Azure)
    • Assist with system backups and monitoring for virtual and cloud based server infrastructure
    • Manage and maintain network hardware such as switches and routers


  • Security & Reliability


    • Partner with Security teams on remediation of potential vulnerabilities
    • Assist in maintaining the Active Directory environment
    • Follow best practices for security, documentation, and change management


  • Support & Troubleshooting


    • Provide Tier 2 support for end-user applications and systems
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks
    • Respond quickly to system alerts and outages to minimize downtime


  • Collaboration & Vendor Management


    • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
    • Document solutions, processes, and system configurations
    • Contribute to technology standards and service level improvements



What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred)


  • 2+ years in IT, Networking, or related field (required); 4+ years in a financial institution (preferred)


    • OR 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree



  • Experience with Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Backup and storage systems


  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, MSCA, MCSE Certifications is a plus!

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is $55,867.00 to $83,801. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
