What you'll do

The Administrative Assistant will provide highlevel administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Treasurer and the Vice President, Global Product Group Controller, as well as their respective teams and local Finance Directors. This role is critical to enabling effective leadership, coordination, and execution across the global finance organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fastpaced, executivelevel environment while managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Team Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two senior finance executives, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage priorities to ensure efficient use of executive time.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and followups as needed.
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Plan and support onsite and virtual finance leadership meetings, offsites, and workshops, including logistics, room coordination, catering, and materials.
  • Coordinate and support local finance teambuilding activities and volunteer events, working closely with local finance leadership site teams as appropriate.
  • Serve as a point of contact for meeting participants, ensuring a professional and wellorganized experience.
Collaboration & Information Management
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools for finance leadership and teams, ensuring content is organized, current, and accessible.
  • Support document management, version control, and distribution of key finance materials.
  • Assist with onboarding support for new finance team members, including access coordination and orientation logistics.
Project & Operational Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for various finance initiatives and special projects, which may include tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with finance leadership, local finance directors, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate or finance environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and serviceoriented approach.Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs.Experience coordinating meetings, events, or team activities is strongly preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
