Pay: $20.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

  • Assist with daily operations, including events, faculty support, admissions, and alumni.
  • Assists with scheduling, mailing, and expenses.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience creating basic surveys;
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism;
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to interact effectively with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
