At Telecare's Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT), we provide 24/7 support to individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crises. As our Office Coordinator II, you aren't just managing an office; you are the operational engine that allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most: saving lives. If you are a master of organization with a heart for mental health advocacy, we want you on our team.

You are the "command center" for our San Diego operations. By ensuring our financial and administrative functions run like clockwork, you ensure our field teams have exactly what they need to respond to the community's most urgent calls.




  • Operational Excellence: Plan and organize diverse administrative and financial functions to keep the program running smoothly.



  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise records and data entry to ensure our impact is documented and our funding is secure.





Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage is $70,304.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • High School or GED
  • Two (2) years of Office Administration or one (1) year experience with an Associate's degree
  • One (1) year experience in a healthcare field
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office programs
  • Experienced entering data into computer systems
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply


  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.


  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
