Short Description

The Manager of Enterprise Change and Transformation will lead organizational change initiatives across the health care system to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural transformations. This role partners with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and drive sustainable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.


Experience Required

3-5 years required.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred.


License/Certification Requirements

Prosci Change Management Certification or similar required.

Hourly Rate Min $44
Hourly Rate Max $79


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
