Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an inclusive-minded, collaborative Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in North Mankato, MN. In this role, you will be essential in leading the full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles within our organization, supporting our growth and innovation. Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion and drive fulfillment of business-critical openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience with clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Build value-driven partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Lead thorough intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and ensure inclusive recruitment practices
  • Create sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and connect with high-quality candidates
  • Use data and market insights to support hiring managers and guide sourcing strategies
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needs
  • Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and other networks to strengthen our outreach and connect with diverse talent pools
  • Mentor fellow recruiters to support team growth and knowledge sharing
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process

You Bring:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including using an ATS to source, recruit, and track candidates
  • 2+ years of strategic sourcing experience and demonstrated ability to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using data to inform decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Motivation and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to build rapport across diverse teams and communities

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70K-$90K. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
