Overview
We are seeking a Business Management Associate to join our Global Distribution COO Business Management Team. This key resource supports the Head of Business Management and serves as a strategic partner to the various Distribution Channel Leaders, but with a focus on our Intermediary Channel. This position will be a key member of a collaborative, dedicated team working with the various Allspring executives to drive business results, provide strategic support, and help with cross-organizational connectivity. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Boston, MA
Responsibilities
Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work in partnership with the Head of Distribution Business Management to help drive strategic initiatives.
- Deliver timely and relevant information to all key stakeholders, including Allspring Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Distribution Channel Leaders.
- Partner with Distribution, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Distribution COO, Technology, PMO, and other key internal stakeholders and resources in support of all client and sales needs.
- Spearhead projects, including identifying resources, establishing timeframes, managing to milestones, and communicating and coordinating across various internal parties.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and procedures to gain efficiencies. Analyzing and resolving complex operational, systems-related issues.
- Improve processes, scalability, governance, and prioritization related to compliance requirements, recurring data requests, reporting needs, and analytics delivery.
- Leverage AI to support business efficiency efforts and help build capabilities to enhance the sales and client experience
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher.
- 5 years minimum of asset management experience with clear understanding of distribution, strategy, and sales enablement.
- Experience in dealing with intermediary (advisor-driven) sales management, and proven knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Proficient/advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce & Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
