Client Segmentation and Strategy Consultant Location
US-NC-Charlotte
Overview Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Client Segmentation and Strategy Consultant to join the Global Distribution COO team, reporting to the Client Segmentation and Strategy Director. This role is responsible for developing and executing a scalable, enterprise-wide client segmentation strategy across all distribution channels. The consultant will partner closely with the Global COO organization, sales leadership, and field sales teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance segmentation frameworks, and improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a proven ability to influence sales outcomes. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Charlotte, NC Responsibilities

Compensation Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
