We are seeking an AI Learning and Enablement Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming how work gets done by enabling AI adoption across the organization. The position blends training, consulting, and solution development to increase AI literacy, embed AI into daily workflows, and build scalable AI-driven automations (agents). What You Will Focus On - AI Literacy & Skill Development Design and deliver training programs that build foundational and advanced AI literacy Coach members on how to effectively use AI tools (e.g., prompting, use cases, limitations) Create role-based learning pathways (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations) Workflow Integration & Productivity Enablement Partner with teams to identify opportunities to embed AI into daily work Redesign workflows to incorporate AI tools for efficiency and quality Act as a consultant to business units on "how AI can help" AI Agent & Automation Development Design and deploy AI agents to automate repeatable workflows Build reusable solutions that can scale across teams Collaborate with technical teams when needed, but operate as a business-facing builder Change Management & Adoption Support adoption strategies for AI tools and solutions in partnership with the AI team Address resistance and build confidence in AI usage through targeted enablement and coaching Partner with the AI team to monitor engagement and usage metrics Act as a consultative resource to diagnose and address gaps when adoption or performance targets are not met Governance & Best Practices Reinforce guidelines for responsible AI use Ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards Curate best practices and success stories What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related field required 3+ years of experience in a related field required Strong understanding and knowledge of generative AI tools and use cases (CoPilot, Claude) Ability to communicate AI concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging way for diverse audiences Role Leveling Trainer: Minimum 1 year of related experience; training or AI related exposure preferred. Senior Trainer: Minimum 3 years of progressive training and content development experience preferred.
