Join our Salem, OR (Marion County) branch, where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team- someone motivated, proactive, and ready to build a long-term career in the escrow and title industry.
This is an in-office position with a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering excellence and supporting one another.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the escrow process, including:

  • Opening orders

  • Inputting closing statement information

  • Preparing documents for closing

  • Handling disbursements and post-closing follow-up

  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the escrow process

  • Review and interpret agreements related to escrow closings

  • Utilize multiple systems and technologies to support transactions

  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred
