Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Lexington, NC. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Utilize the filming process to document the assembly process for passenger train coaches to facilitate future analysis and training.
  • Coordinate with Production associates to capture established content of work on film orders as they are being produced.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software to edit film into educational videos that highlight key technique points.
  • Project leadership, including staffing recommendations, creating and maintaining a project schedule, coordinating filming and editing assignments, and ensuring the project team is working safely.
  • Project startup, including coordination and input on leasing or buying cameras, purchasing editing software, establishing file storage schema, and coordination with train factory management.
  • Communicate regularly the status of the project to the client Co-Ordinator.
  • Formulate solutions to problems as they occur - escalate major issues to the client Co-Ordinator.
  • Manage film team interns - give direction, assignments, and feedback as needed.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1 st shift).
Length: Temp (6 months)
Pay: $22.88 / hr.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

  • Workday is typically 8 hours, although some overtime may be needed.
  • Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Frequently needed to climb stairs, steps, and ladders
  • Frequently needed to work on elevated platforms.
  • Occasionally lift and move at most 40 pounds.
  • Wear designated personal protection equipment.
