About the Team

FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a leading platform for commercial lending and loan servicing, built to improve decisionmaking, reduce operating costs, enhance data quality, and strengthen analytics.

Our Professional Services team leverages deep expertise in hosting, supporting, and evolving FIS solutions. We provide longterm, dedicated functional support and development capabilities that help clients optimize, enhance, customize, and integrate their CLS platforms for maximum value.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the Professional Services team, the Senior Practice Consultant provides leadership across FIS commercial lending implementations, guiding project teams to deliver ontime, onbudget outcomes and high client satisfaction. You will oversee successful delivery of the Commercial Lending product suite (CLS, Credit Assessment, and Commercial Loan Origination), serving as a key leader in driving effective client implementations and building longterm, referenceable customer relationships.

  • Own endtoend delivery of Professional Services revenue for the assigned portfolio, ensuring highquality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Drive financial performance through accurate forecasting and proactive management of gaps between forecast and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong crossfunctional partnerships with Product, Sales, PreSales, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Establish and sustain trusted client relationships by leading highvisibility engagements, demonstrating subjectmatter expertise, and deploying and directing qualified delivery teams.
  • Provide executivelevel oversight for large, complex programs, including escalation management, budget governance, risk mitigation, and participation in customer steering committees.
  • Support presale activities by representing Professional Services in client engagements, delivering presentations, developing implementation estimates and project plans, and drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across the Professional Services practice.

What You Bring

  • Typically, 10+ years of experience leading large, transformational, clientfacing initiatives within a professional services organization, serving in Senior Manager and/or Project Director roles
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs with excellence while motivating and leading highperforming teams
  • Exceptional communicator, able to convey complex and critical messages clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels
  • Proven experience engaging Csuite executives and Boards, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and large audiences
  • Deep industry experience in banking and financial services
  • Endtoend enterprise software implementation experience, preferably within a software vendor environment
  • Handson, proactive leader skilled at anticipating, managing, and resolving client issues and escalations
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills to drive alignment on recommended approaches and outcomes
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% to support client engagements
