Job Title: Revenue Manager
Location: New York, NY, 4-5 days onsite
Salary: $150,000-180,000 plus equity


The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to help build, shape, and scale a growing price evaluation solution for a thriving AI startup. This is a foundational role within an emerging product offering, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in revenue management within multifamily or a related industry.
This position sits at the intersection of client consulting, product development, and implementation. You will partner closely with clients to guide pricing strategies, ensure successful product adoption, and translate real-world feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep pricing expertise with strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on revenue management and pricing strategy
  • Guide customers on how to effectively use revenue management tools to inform pricing and operational decisions
  • Help clients interpret data outputs, evaluate tradeoffs, and apply insights to leasing strategies
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is prioritized and grounded in real-world use cases
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, from onboarding through adoption and ongoing success
  • Develop and refine scalable implementation processes and best practices
  • Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term customer success
  • Build and improve onboarding, training, and support processes for customers
  • Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials
  • Support the evolution and scaling of the revenue management function as adoption grows
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a related field within multifamily, real estate, or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of revenue management data inputs, constraints, and pricing drivers
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consultative or advisory capacity
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity
  • Experience implementing or managing revenue management software
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), pricing tools, or leasing operations
  • Willingness to work onsite 4-5 days per week

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
