Territory Sales Representative
Remote | Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, minimal overnight travel)
Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission ($90,000-$120,000 OTE) + Car Allowance

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle-take charge of your territory from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining relationships for the long term.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and email.
  • Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
  • Travel efficiently across your territory to visit customers in person (about 30% with limited overnight travel).
What You Bring
  • Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you've sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
  • Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
