Job Title: Senior Mechatronics Engineer (Product Design & Motion Control) Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Company This company is a leading manufacturer of precision motion control products, including servo actuators, planetary gearsets, strain wave gearing, and integrated motion systems. They specialize in both standard and highly customized solutions for demanding industrial applications. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Mechatronics Engineer with strong product design experience to support the development of next-generation motion control systems. This role is heavily focused on mechanical design and integration of electro-mechanical components, requiring deep experience in SolidWorks, GD&T, and industrial product development. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience designing and developing complex electro-mechanical products, along with hands-on experience working with actuators, motors, servo systems, and test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
