Internal Communication Manager (IT & Transformation)
Overview The Internal Communications Manager for IT & Enterprise Transformation leads employee communications for technology-driven change and enterprise transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on merger integration. This role ensures employees understand how systems, processes, and ways of working are evolving-and what those changes mean for their day-to-day work. Working closely with IT, the Integration & Transformation Office, HR, and enterprise leaders, you will deliver clear, coordinated communications that build awareness, readiness, and adoption across the organization. This role is critical to maintaining trust and momentum during periods of significant change. Application end date: Thursday 9th April 2026 Responsibilities
