Job Summary


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inbound and outbound renal products in a distribution center. This position ensures accurate order picking, staging, loading, and shipment preparation while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. The role also involves assisting with returns, replenishment, housekeeping, and supporting drivers for deliveries when needed. Equipment operation and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive, verify, and handle inbound and outbound products, checking SKUs, lots, quantities, and package conditions
  • Pick, stage, and balance items in proper delivery sequence according to orders
  • Check final picks against transportation documents and prepare shipments for dispatch
  • Manually stretch-wrap pallets and stage items for pick-up
  • Assist with returned products, inventory reconciliation, and replenishment of pick locations
  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping and upkeep of supplies and equipment
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including hand pallet jacks, motorized pallet riders, and stretch-wrap devices
  • Communicate effectively using RF scanners, computers, and other devices
  • Follow all distribution facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with drivers, 3PL partners, and staff to resolve discrepancies and improve loading/unloading processes
  • Drive small vans for emergency or overflow deliveries as needed
  • Support pick-pack operations and occasional 3PL product processing


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous forklift experience preferred; certification not required (will be provided)
  • Ability to read, write, and count in English accurately
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs. from floor to above head
  • Strong attention to detail to verify customer name, product code, quantity, and expiration dates
  • Ability to operate pallet rider equipment, hand stretch-wrap devices, and other warehouse tools
  • Legible handwriting and basic computer skills


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent
