Description and Requirements Theexecutive administrative partnerwill supportLenovo executivesandis responsible forkeepingthe organization running smoothly and effectively in a complex global environment. The successful candidate for this role willbe responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to coordinating intricate travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports, managing dynamic calendars, drafting and editing documentation (such as memos, emails, and other communications),managing logistics foron-site and off-site team eventsand supporting additional projects as assigned.This position requiresa high levelof discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
