Get to Know Your Team:

  • Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.

Responsibilities

  • The Supply Chain Coordinator assists the Supply Chain Director in maintaining the operations of the warehouse, storeroom, and facility supply chain department by acting as the coordinator/primary point of contact during their assigned shift.
  • Provides oversight of daily operations and activities, while performing individual warehouse and storeroom responsibilities.
  • Adhering to the policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

  • 3+ years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory capacity.

  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

  • Experience leading a team.

  • Experience with the use of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, etc.

  • Ability to drive department-owned vehicles, including but not limited to a box truck.

  • Able to analyze and interpret data.

  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to act independently.

  • Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to review information and take action.
